Your approved meal count (e.g., 5 meals per week, 1 meal per day, 2 meals per day).
Any dietary restrictions requirements (e.g., diabetic-friendly, heart-healthy, vegetarian).

⚠️ Important Note: If you’re eligible for more than 10 meals per delivery, you may notice duplicate meals from the current menu to ensure your nutritional needs are consistently met. For any questions or adjustments, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, we’re here to make sure every bite is as tasty and comforting as the first. Follow these simple heating instructions based on your preferred method, and don’t forget to rotate your meal halfway through for even heating. Reminder: Every oven and microwave is a little different, so cooking times may vary depending on your equipment, weather, and meal type.

Oven Instructions:

1) Preheat your oven to 250-300 degrees.
2) Place the sealed On-Tray meal on a baking pan or two layers of aluminum foil.
3) Set the meal on the middle rack.
4) Heat for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
(Cooking time may vary by meal.)
5) Rotate the meal halfway through for even heating.

Microwave Instructions:

1) Cut small slits in the film over each compartment.
2) Place the meal on a paper towel in the microwave.
3) Heat on high for 2 ½ to 5 minutes, depending on your microwave’s power.
4) Rotate the meal halfway through, ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

For Side Items:

• Keep supplemental items (fruit cups, desserts, etc.) frozen.
• Thaw them in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.
• Milk to be refrigerated and used within 4 days of opening.
• Avoid thawing at room temperature and do not refreeze any components.
